Who we are

Advanced Training HVACR ("ATH") is a wholly-owned business unit of Torus LLC (Nevada). For all data-controller purposes, the responsible entity is Torus LLC.

What we collect

  • Account information you provide (name, email, phone, role).
  • Training progress, certification attempts, AI Sensei chat history.
  • Standard server logs (IP, user agent, request paths).
  • Analytics events via Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-BVKD214ZTD).

How we use it

To operate the platform, deliver AI-tutoring services, track certification progress, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Third-party processors

Google (Analytics, Cloud, Sign-In), Anthropic, Stripe, HubSpot/Zoho (CRM), Resend (email), Cloudflare (CDN). Each is bound by its own data-processing terms.
