This Privacy Policy describes how Torus LLC ("Torus," "we," "us") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use Advanced Training HVACR (the "Service") at advancedtraininghvacr.com.
Torus LLC operates the Service. Contact: privacy@advancedtraininghvacr.com. For data-subject requests, use the same address with subject line "Privacy Request."
We access third-party data only after you explicitly authorize the integration, and only within the scopes requested at authorization time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share with service providers strictly to run the Service:

We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or asset sale (we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy).
We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after deletion for backup, audit, and legal-compliance purposes. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by U.S. tax law. Error and access logs are retained for 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email privacy@advancedtraininghvacr.com. We will respond within 30 days (or sooner where required by law).
California residents: You have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale / sharing. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, email privacy@advancedtraininghvacr.com and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, least-privilege access controls, and centralized secrets management. No system is perfectly secure — if you suspect a compromise of your account, email security@advancedtraininghvacr.com immediately.
We and our service providers process data in the United States. Where required, transfers out of the EEA / UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
If we make material changes, we will notify account holders by email and update the "Last updated" date above at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
